Simply pick an item from the drop-down, the site will refresh and the button will go from reading "pick option above" to "add to cart" and it will turn green.
Some items have additional options like color, size, etc that can be picked from additional drop-down menus or boxes where you can enter text.
Once added to cart, a window will come up to verify. Clicking "show cart" will take you to the cart and enable you to check out. To continue browsing the site, just close the window.
When you're ready to checkout, you can do so by clicking "show cart" from the pop-up window (after adding last item to cart) or by clicking the shopping cart link near the top right of the page.
You'll need to log in to check out, or if you have no account you can either create one or check out as a guest.
Next, pick your shipping method. Enter your credit card info on our secure page after selecting the shipping method and you're done!

2) How is shipping billed if I pay by credit card through Eljay's website?
We have a shipping calculator. When you check out, it automatically accesses UPS' website to get rates based on weight, dimensions, and zip code. The rates are from UPS, NOT from Eljay X-ray. They can and often do change from day to day. If your item is large and/or heavy it will ship by freight. In this instance, you will be charged for the shipping after the item ships, not when you check out.
Items usually shipped via UPS unless you request differently (see item #4 below if you have a shipper account you want to use) or weight/size necessitates a different method, such as freight.
As soon as we get the order, we will process it the same day. Items are usually shipped during the next 1-2 business days. Depending on the day and method of shipping, the time can vary but normal ground shipments usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Items such as most lead aprons, thyroid collars, trays, and custom items can take longer.
4) I have an account with a major shipper and would like to use it. How do I do that?
In order to ship an item using your own UPS or FedEx account you will need to order by fax (330-908-0649), email (infoATeljayxrayDOTcom) or by phone (800-269-6902). You cannot use your own shipping account at the online checkout at this time.
5) I want to order something that isn't shown on your website. What should I do?

6) Does Eljay X-ray ship over-seas?
Sorry, at the time we can only ship to addresses within the U.S. (we ship to Alaska and Hawaii--Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories please call) and Canada.
Orders received from addresses outside of the U.S. and orders being shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will NOT be processed.

9) How do I get a printed catalog?
This website is our radiology supply catalog! We do not have any hard copy catalogs available at this time. Usually, the most up-to-date product offering and pricing is on our website.
10) I'm missing an item from my order or my order never arrived. What should I do?
Have you waited long enough? Some items ship next day, while others can take 21-30 days to arrive. Choosing expedited shipping (like 3 day select) DOES NOT mean the item will arrive in 3 days, as many items have a lead time before they are shipped.
Often, orders consisting of multiple items are shipped in more than one box. Please allow time for all boxes to arrive.
If you believe you're missing an item or your order, we will assist in any way reasonable and will provide tracking and proof of delivery if needed, but our responsibility ceases after providing proof of delivery. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPETENCY, HONESTY, OR INTEGRITY OF THE EMPLOYEES AT YOUR FACILITY.
