Price Match Policy

Eljay Price Match Guidelines

For us to match the price of a competitor for an item, the guidelines below need to be met.

In summary, any item for which we’re matching a competitor’s price must be new and must be the same exact item. See below for more detail.

1) The condition of an item for which we’re matching a competitor’s price must be brand new and not used or refurbished. Eljay X-ray sells only new items; we do not sell any used or refurbished items.

2) Two or more manufacturers may produce similar items with subtle (or not so subtle) differences such as weight limit, warranty, etc. which can affect pricing. Therefore, any item we match the price on must be made by the same manufacturer.

For example, if you want us to match the price of a certain style of lead apron made by manufacturer A, but our version of that apron is made by a different manufacturer, we may not be able to match the price.

This policy also helps to keep America working. We source our items from manufacturers who make them in the U.S.

3) In addition to item 2 above, any item for which we’re matching a competitor’s price must be of the same model number, as variations in different models can affect pricing.

4) For protective apparel such as lead aprons, any item for which we’re matching a competitor’s price on must be of the same size, as this can affect the price on certain apparel items.
