Our Policy on Quotes
At Eljay X-ray, customer service is a top priority along with sourcing the best products at the best prices.
In order to meet these goals, we need to allocate our finite resources in an intelligent way that enables us to render excellent service to each customer, find the best products, and create the economics within our business to offer competitive prices.
Because of this, we will no longer be able to provide PDF quotes for orders totaling less than $250 (before shipping).
We understand that in recent years the industry has driven many of our customers in this direction and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your quote is for items totaling $250 or more, we will gladly provide a PDF quote.
If your quote is less than that here are some options:
- Prices are clearly marked on our website. Feel free to take a screenshot (with the print screen or PRTSC button on the keyboard). These can be pasted into MS Paint and saved as a jpg or pasted into an email, Word doc, etc.
- We’ll be glad to give you a verbal quote.
- We’ll also be glad to email you with an item number, description, and price of the item(s) in the body of the email.
Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe it is necessary in these tough days and times to allocate our finite resources in a way that produces a return so we can continue serving our customers, finding products they want, and offering them at the best prices.
