Tilt & Rotate; fully articulating holder with extension arm. Arm slides on 60" chromed steel post. 24" H-base prevents tipping. E-Z-Roll swivel locking casters. Two clamp types available: vertical (opens 8" - 20") and horizontal (opens 13.5" - 20.5")
